EASY RETURN CONDITIONS
nu.com.tr aims for unconditional customer satisfaction in online shopping.
We offer domestic returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Due to customs regulations, returns cannot be made for international shipments. We are here to produce solutions and support you in special cases. You can reach us at customersupport@nucom.tr
The returned product must be unworn, with all labels, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
After receiving the returned products, NU reserves the right to reject the return if the product does not meet the policy requirements.
Returned products that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.
To complete your return, please send an e-mail to musterihizmetleri@nu.com.tr including the reason for the return/exchange, we are here to provide you with the necessary support at the point you need.
In case your order is returned, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the return process is approved, returns will only be made via the Original Payment Method.
Discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Your domestic orders are sent by our service partner HEPSİJET KARGO via delivery. Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address by cargo within 7 business days at the latest. Please check the accuracy of your delivery address before placing your order. Order cancellation is not possible after the order is created.

If you refuse the delivery for any reason or are unable to make the delivery despite the reasonable attempts of the courier company, your product will be returned to the NU office and unpaid taxes, duties and additional shipping costs will be collected from you.
In accordance with the relevant legislation; During the delivery of postal items to the recipient by service providers (postal-cargo companies); at least; The recipient's name-surname, Turkish identity number (passport number for foreign nationals, number of an equivalent document with international validity or the document number issued by the Turkish authorities to determine the identity) are recorded and kept confidentially for at least two years in order to present to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient does not want to provide their identity information, the shipment is not delivered and is returned to the sender.

The return or exchange period for the Product or Products you purchased is 14 DAYS from the date the products reach you. You must carry out your return transactions via www.nu.com.tr. Returns cannot be made via the NU application. You must enter our website and specify (your reason for return) in the note section on the panel as "(SIZE CHANGE or RETURN PROCESS)" while creating a return record via the site.

Our products are sent to the address delivery unless a special situation occurs in the regional customs authorities. Our solution partner in this regard is DHL International, which has a strong logistics network and local office network in all countries. In this context and due to Turkish Customs regulations, shipments made to Middle East countries cannot be returned.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS
If you want to return the product or products you purchased from our www.nu.com.tr website; You must create a RETURN REQUEST within 14 days at the latest by selecting the product or products you want to return from among the products in the order. After your request is approved, your package will be collected from your address by HEPSİJET KARGO with the RETURN CODE that will be sent to you.
Refunds are NOT made for products purchased from the SPECIAL DISCOUNTS, OUTLET, GARAGE SALE and END OF SEASON CAMPAIGNS groups. Only products purchased from the Season Campaigns group can be exchanged. A DISCOUNT CHECK CAN BE DEFINED TO BE USED IN YOUR NEXT PURCHASE OR THE SIZE OF THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED CAN BE CHANGED.
Seasonal Campaigns and Special Discounts group are our products starting with Product Codes Y24, K24, Y25.
Size change and return cannot be made in products that require hygiene sensitivity (Swimsuit, Mask, Underwear products, etc.). Only size change is made in different accessory groups (Necklace, Belt, Hat, Bag, Bracelet, etc.).
Within the framework of the rules stated above for the product or products to be returned; the products to be returned must be undamaged, unused and in accordance with the return conditions.
REFUNDS
If the returned products comply with the specified return conditions, the refund amount of the products reaching the online warehouse is instructed to the bank within 3 business days. The average time for the refund amounts to be reflected on credit cards within the scope of the bank's application guidelines can be 3-7 business days.
CARGO APPLICATION DURING THE RETURN PROCESS
In case our customers who have paid the shipping fee for purchases up to 15,000 TL initiate the return process (once only), the return shipping fee is covered by NU. ! Since the shipping fee is not collected for orders over 5,000 TL, the return shipping fee is reflected to the customer.
