How much is the shipping fee?
All shipments to all over Türkiye are made by HEPSİJET cargo. Shipping is free over 15,000₺.

When and how will my order be delivered?
Immediately after the payment process of the product you purchased is completed, special protective packaging is made according to the nature of the product. Your package will be delivered to the cargo within 3 business days after the packaging is completed. The average time for the cargo to reach you is 2 days.

How can I track my order?
You can track every stage of your order from the My Orders section on the right of the My Account menu.

* Your Order is Being Prepared : Indicates that your order has reached us and is being prepared.

* Your Product Has Been Shipped : Indicates that the packaging process has been completed and delivered to the cargo company. You can see where your package is by clicking on your cargo tracking number.

* Your order has been canceled : This means that the product you requested to be returned has been received by us and you have received return approval. The refund will be made to your credit card in the following days.

*For your returns, after completing your return/cancellation transactions on our website, you can send it to NU TEXTILE AND CONFIGURATION PRODUCT IND. AND TRADE INC. Gürsel Mah. Akgüllü Sok. No:7 Çağlayan/İSTANBUL or with HEPSİJET.

What if I can't be found at the delivery address?

When you cannot be at the address, "undeliverable" is left. Your order will be brought to your address once again on the next business day. When you call the cargo company and share the time they will come again, you can ensure that your package arrives at the right time. When it arrives a second time, your undeliverable order will be returned to the nu.com.tr warehouse.
All orders are shipped with a delivery note and invoice as required by law.

What should I pay attention to when receiving the product?
When receiving your order, you should definitely check the cargo package for any problems such as tearing, crushing, getting wet, etc. We also recommend that you make sure that the products in your package are the same as the products reflected on the invoice.

The cargo officer will assist you in case of any problems with the cargo package or its contents. In such a case, you should not accept the cargo and have the cargo officer draw up a report. The report will facilitate your transactions for product exchange or refund.

Important information regarding delivery
* When receiving your cargo, we recommend that you check the package while the cargo officer is with you. If you detect a missing/damaged product; request the cargo officer to draw up a report and do not accept the products. Drawing up a report shows that the problem with the cargo is not caused by you, but by the cargo company. As a result of the report, the new product will be shipped to you immediately.

* Missing/damaged notifications made after receiving the cargo may be rejected upon inspection, as there is no report or it was not prepared at the time of initial delivery.

* You must send the product with its invoice, original box, original packaging, accompanying documents and all accessories. Returns of unused and resalable products are accepted.

* We kindly ask that you do not put a shipping label on the original box or use packing tape. Otherwise, the return will not be processed.

* Products damaged by user error (falling, hitting, etc.) cannot be returned.

* In case of return, all copies of the invoice (2nd copy) must be sent with the product.
